Engineering Presentation for the Marigona Hill Project
As an engineering company, we are proud to have contributed to the development of the Marigona Hill project—an innovative residential complex. Our role included designing the structural plans, preparing detailed construction drawings, and conducting in-depth analysis to ensure a safe and sustainable build.
Marigona Hill consists of several modern buildings, each with 5 to 7 floors, spread across a large area. The project includes around 250 residential units of various sizes, offering spacious and comfortable living for a wide range of families.
With a total construction area of approximately 25,000 m² and set on a 50,000 m² plot, the project also features infrastructure for green spaces and public areas.
The investment exceeds 40 million euros and represents a significant step toward modern urban development. We are proud of our contribution, ensuring the project meets the highest standards of safety, durability, and functionality.
